Richard:

I am walking with a crowd of people on a freeway. I look over the railing and know that I must dive over the edge and leave all these people behind me. I make the dive and am surprised to find myself in another reality, a completely different world. People I know, including my partner, are in this new world with me. This image of leaving one world and diving into another repeats itself three times in the dream...

Madeline:

I am with a Catholic Priest in an old church or monastery. There is an altar there with a variety of objects on it. The main piece is an icon of Christ (just the head). The priest is cleaning this altar... When he removes the icon to clean it he is shocked to see a black figure on the wall. I know this figure and have seen it before. It is an animal man, like in the cave art. It is the humped-backed flute player. I find this interesting and delightful. I am glad that it is there. The priest wants to clean it away, but .I know he will not be able to get rid of this figure. I also know that behind this figure is still another image; there is an egg behind the flute player. I walk away laughing at the frustration (and the stupidity) of this priest.
